The Brune V is an urban Sweett studio apartment, located on the ground floor, that reflects perfectly the modern diversity of its neighbourhood here in the XIV arrondissement. Our local interior designer has drawn inspiration from the literary legacy of Paris to fashion a sophisticated yet serene ambience. The sleek black-and-white colour scheme evokes the glitz of silent movies, while captivating trompe l'oeil art infuses a whimsical element. Ascend the ladder to reach the secluded loft bedroom, where the cosy bed will lull you into a peaceful slumber.
Nestled between the residential and business districts of Paris, the XIV arrondissement is home to several delightful restaurants and verdant parks. You'll also enjoy proximity to the Expo Porte De Versailles convention centre, while the tranquil Park Square du Serment de Koufra adds to the area's relaxed ambience. Furthermore, the renowned Catacombs of Paris is located just a short walk away, providing a fascinating glimpse into the city's history.
Premium amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries, and a Nespresso machine.
Please note that access to the bedroom area requires the use of a ladder to access the mezzanine.
