A short walk from Emek Refaim, restaurants, shopping and bus stops, and a pleasant walk along the Mesilat Ha-Rakevet to the First Station (Tachana Rishonah). The apartment comes with an underground assigned parking spot. The Hadar mall and supermarket are 5 minutes away.
Please note that the pool, work-out room, and sauna are for residence only, renters are not permitted to enter.
