The Space
Beautiful, modern, and neat duplex apartment, nestled in a charming & historic part of the city. The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a beautiful open balcony, making it perfect for enjoying a family vacation right by the beach. You can buy the freshest products to enjoy breakfast at home before heading to the beach and finishing the day with a drink on the balcony, feeling the sea breeze.
There is a shelter room (one of the bedroom is a mamad in hebrew).
About parking space
It's an underground parking included. Be careful, it's an elevator parking with specific sizes of cars: 4.80 lengths, 2.25 width, 1.55 height. In order to use the parking you will need to collect the parking remote control and the elevator key inside the apartment first.
The Neighborhood
The Kerem-Hateimanim quarter is a historic area between the beach and the famous Carmel market. The area is full of local eateries, laid-back cafes, and nice bars. It's the perfect place to take a walk through the small streets and discover the most authentic places in the city, and it’s right next to the beach!!
